1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and judi2u ("Platform", "us"). Use of any part of the judi2u platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games or claiming any bonus — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

judi2u operates under international licensing and reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice will be given via our official website. Continued use after any amendment constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

2. Player Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended without warning. Funds in those accounts may also not be claimable.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Notifying judi2u immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

judi2u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or the cryptocurrency equivalent at the current exchange rate.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal time: between 5 and 30 minutes for most requests.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification. judi2u reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving withdrawals in certain situations.

Any deposit attempt using a method not recognised by judi2u will be rejected. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details you submit are accurate.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by judi2u are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling those requirements.

Welcome Bonus:

• Bonus value: 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → you need to wager RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Another example: Deposit RM800 → bonus RM300 → account balance RM1,100 → wagering requirement RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

General terms for all judi2u bonuses:

• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• judi2u reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed in a manner that violates these terms.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion details.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the judi2u platform — including online slots, live casino and sports betting — are operated by systems governed by their respective software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or external tools that influence gameplay.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game results.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in games for personal gain.
• Any form of fraud or manipulation involving accounts, payments or bonuses.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, judi2u reserves the right to cancel the round in question and return the bet amount to the player's account.

7. Security and Privacy

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting judi2u customer service via live chat or email. Any valid cash balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures, subject to the required verification.

9. Liability Limit

judi2u will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by players, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Disruption of access to the platform due to technical factors, maintenance, or circumstances beyond judi2u's control.
• Losses resulting from the use of account information by unauthorised third parties.
• Any changes in currency value or cryptocurrency exchange rates.

In all circumstances, judi2u's maximum liability to any player is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10. Responsible Gambling
